These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PageSnap website at https://pagesnap.dev ("Website") and the services provided by PageSnap. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of PageSnap

PageSnap is an automated screenshot generation platform that captures professional webpage screenshots instantly. Our service is designed for SaaS founders, marketers, and developers who need high-quality visuals for social media and marketing materials.

2. Service Plans and Usage Rights

PageSnap offers three subscription tiers:

- Free Plan: 100 screenshots per month + 10 authenticated page captures
- Starter Plan ($9/month): 500 screenshots per month + 100 authenticated page captures, with full-page & viewport capture, basic templates, custom branding, and email support
- Pro Plan ($29/month): Unlimited screenshots and authenticated page captures with all Starter features plus premium templates, bulk processing, API access, team collaboration, and priority support

When you generate screenshots using PageSnap, you own the screenshots you create. You may use them for any legal purpose, including commercial use. All subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first subscription purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for unused time in your billing period.

4. User Data and Privacy

5. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies and analytics tools to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services, analyzing usage patterns, and enhancing user experience.

- Use the service to capture or process illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of our services
- Abuse the service through automated scraping or excessive requests

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, PageSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue services at any time.

The PageSnap platform, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by PageSnap. Screenshots generated by users belong to those users. Our service code and infrastructure remain our property.

9. Limitation of Liability

PageSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

11. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
